Table 1. Observed Class Genotypic Frequencies Category Number of genotypes class Frequency - (genotype/total)
Table 1: Parameters used for data simulated under each model. Dataset number indicates the number of replications to be simulated under specific model. Subpop. number indicates the number of subpopulations assumed in the simulation. Subpop. size is the number of individuals belong to each subpopulation. Sample size means the total number of individuals. Loci number is the number of unlinked loci genotyped in each individual. Combinations of selfing rates are the different selfing levels used in the simulation, e.g., (0.3,0.6) means two subpopulations with selfing rates 0.3 and 0.6 respectively.

"... In PAGE 17: ...1 Application to Simulated Data Using the simulation scheme outlined above, we generated 100 data-sets per parameter combina- tion per population model and one representative data set per parameter combination per individual model. Detailed information regarding choice of parameters is provided in Table1 . For each data- set, InStruct was run for five independent chains, each chain with 1,000,000 iterations in total, 500,000 burn-in iterations and a thinning interval of 10 iterations between retained draws.... ..."

All of the comparisons produced correlation coefficients .... In PAGE 15: ... These openings, called arrays, enable access to the aluminum oxide substrate. A set of 21mer oligonucleo- tides (Isogen) was synthesized ( Table1 ) and spotted in 325-pL droplets, containing 0.1 mmol/L of the oligonu- cleotide mixture, on the arrays with a Packard BioChip Arrayer (Meriden).... "... In PAGE 16: ... While the difference is not large, it is significant and shows that cultural learning is con- tributing to population diversity, something which may help explain its higher level of overall fitness. Table1 shows the average, maximum and minimum diversity values for both populations, taken as an aver- age over the whole experiment set. Again, it shows that cultural learning is generating a higher level of average genotypic diversity.... ..."

Table 1. Relations between genotypes and haplotypes in example
"... In PAGE 12: ... Finally, for g7, both haplo- types explaining g7 must be selected from the set of candidate haplotypes that are potentially compatible. These conditions are summarized in Table1 . Without simpli cations from the lower bond information, each of the 7 genotypes would have to select two haplotypes from a set of 9 possible haplotypes.... ..."
