Field-theoretic models for fields taking values in quantum groups are investigated. First we consider SUq(2) σ model (q real) expressed in terms of basic notions of noncommutative differential geometry. We discuss the case in which the σ models fields are represented as products of conventional σ fields and of the coordinate-independent algebra. An explicit example is provided by the Uq(2) σ model with qN = 1, in which case quantum matrices Uq(2) are realised as 2N ×2N unitary matrices. TreeLex is a subcategorization lexicon of French verbs, automatically extracted from a syntactically annotated corpus. The lex-icon comprises 1362 verbs (12353 occur-rences). We present not only a list of verbs with their subcategorization frames but we also estimate the number of different verb frames available in French in general. Ad-ditionally, we estimate the average number of frames per verb. After applying vari-ous factorization techniques, we obtain 58 frames for a function-based representation (on average, 1.72 frames per verb), and 160 frames for a richer representation based on function-category information (on average, 1.91 frames per verb). 1

A l'issu de ces trois années de thèse, je tiens tout d'abord à remercier l'IFREMER et la Région Aquitaine pour avoir financer ce projet. Mes premiers remerciements vont également à Thierry Burgeot du Centre IFREMER de Nantes qui, malgré la distance qui nous séparait, a assuré l'encadrement de cette thèse en tant que responsable scientifique. Cela fait maintenant 6 ans que nous nous connaissons aussi j'espère vivement que l'aboutissement du travail effectué ensemble est à la hauteur de la confiance et de la sympathie que tu as exprimé à mon égard. In our presentation we will show that topic maps can be considered, by a mathematical point of view, as a hypergraph. We will make an overview of the dierent existing clustering techniques and give some results on graphs representing topic maps. In particular, we will insist on techniques issued from the Interconnection Network topic. In this case, researchers are mainly interested in making a clustering with a minimum number of clusters, so that each cluster has either a bounded diameter or a bounded radius.
