Abstract
Knowledge management system is an emerging area, which is gaining interest among organisations. However, organisations have found that knowledge sharing and reuse have been inefficient. This paper discusses the application of case based reasoning techniques and intelligent agents in the knowledge acquisition process so that new knowledge can be learned, adopted and the quality of knowledge repository can be improved.
