Abstract
Perfect automation of all different kinds of physical tasks in daily life, industrial applications, offices and construction sites remains a distant prospect. However, one can imagine that robots will soon be able to execute a much broader variety of tasks in cooperation with humans. In this context it becomes clear that sharing task effort is one of the key aspects of success and failure of good cooperation. Groten et al. investigated physical effort as a numerical measure for cooperation quality [1]. In this work, different load sharing strategies for joint load transport tasks should be evaluated. Therefore, a human-human as well as a human-robot experiment should be designed and executed. Measures for load sharing and correllation to user acceptance of the robot partner behavior should be investigated. Tasks: • Literature research on human-human and human-robot physical interaction • Investigation measures for cooperation quality
