Abstract
University in 1983, where he specialized in estimation theory and Kalman filtering. Since that time he has carried out numerous studies in navigation and control, for both aviation and marine applications. His work has been published in a number of papers and book chapters. Most recently, Dr. Ahn has developed IMU strapdown routines and IMU and trajectory simulations for TISI. Ray Breslau is a consultant to NAVAIR at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station on the JPALS and other programs involving inertial navigation and integrated INS/GPS systems. Previously, Mr. Breslau was employed by Litton Guidance and Control Systems in the Applied Systems Department for over 20 years. He functioned as the primary system engineer during the development and fielding of many of Litton’s gimbaled and strapdown RLG and multi sensor navigation systems.
