Abstract—Many firms implemented various initiatives such as outsourced manufacturing which could make a supply chain (SC) more vulnerable to various types of disruptions. So managing risk has become a critical component of SC management. Different types of SC vulnerability management methodologies have been proposed for managing SC risk, most offer only point-based solutions that deal with a limited set of risks. This research aims to reinforce SC risk management by proposing an integrated approach. SC risks are identified and a risk index classification structure is created. Then we develop a SC risk assessment approach based on the analytic network process (ANP) and the VIKOR methods under the fuzzy environment where the vagueness and subjectivity are handled with linguistic terms parameterized by triangular fuzzy numbers. By using FANP, risks weights are calculated and then inserted to the FVIKOR to rank the SC members and find the most risky partner.

Abstract—In this research a supplier evaluation framework based on Balanced Scorecard (BSC) with integrated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been developed from literature review of 76 related papers. It was found that quality, delivery, and cost are the most significant criteria. Moreover, some criteria are changed according to shorten product life cycle, technologies, improvement of service, evolution of production system, and emergence of supply chain management (SCM). Based on BSC and CSR, 5 perspectives namely financial, customer, internal business process, learning and growth, and corporate social responsibility are proposed for categorizing supplier selection criteria. Measures for each criterion are also collected for decision makers. This framework is presented in the form of a table in which both criteria and measures are contained, this would be facilitated to use. Moreover, its BSC basis verifies suitability of a supplier with the corporate strategies. As a consequence, evaluating supplier using the proposed framework can be helpful for decision makers to qualify the most eligible supplier who can meet qualifications and buyer’s strategies as well as environmental and social responsibility issues.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a new hybrid fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm to deal with the decisionmaking problems in an uncertain and multiple-criteria environment. In this study, the proposed hybrid fuzzy AHP model is applied to the location choices of international distribution centers in international ports from the view of multiple-nation corporations. The results show that the proposed new hybrid fuzzy AHP model is an appropriate tool to solve the decision-making problems in an uncertain and multiple-criteria environment.

edu. saEmail: Abstract-Evaluating worker’s suitability for a job is an important tool for Human Resources Managers (HRMs) to select the better candidates under various evaluation criteria. A problem of workers ' assignment is studied in this paper in order to find the best assignment of workers to vacancies ensuring assigning a specified worker in a specified job. The objectives might be minimizing the total time to complete a set of tasks, minimizing the cost of assignments, and maximizing skill ratings. The problem is not so simple to quantify all those measures in one tangible variable. Therefore, in this paper the use of verbal information for representing the vague knowledge in terms of natural linguistic labels is proposed. It allows the problem to be recognized as it is in a real life. For such types of problems, an analysis using the fuzzy number approach promises to be potentially effective. The fuzzy suitability evaluation is executed coupled with the memetic algorithm. Also, real case study is presented. The results demonstrate that the workers ' assignment problem can be solved effectively for the multiplecriteria decision-making processes.

The objective of this study is to construct an approach based on multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) and balanced scorecard (BSC) for evaluating performance for three nongovernmental Iranian's banks. Following the literature relating to banking performance and BSC concepts, experts and managers select 21 indexes for evaluation. Furthermore, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) calculated the relative weights of each chosen index in order to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information, and three MCDM analytical tools (TOPSIS, VIKOR, and ELECTRE) were adopted to rank the banking performance. The results indicate that a customer "C" has the most significant BSC perspectives and the customer satisfaction "C 1 " is the most major index in banking sector. This proposed fuzzy MCDM method combined with BSC approach is a comprehensive and up-todate model that can be a useful and effective assessment tool.

The tribo-performance of nanoclay and multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT) filled and graphite lubricated phenolic composites, reinforced with a combination of lapinus and kevlar fibers, have been evaluated on a Kraus friction testing machine. The combined fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS) approach, taking into account performance defining attributes (PDAs) such as friction performance, wear, friction-fade, friction-recovery, stability coefficient, variability coefficient, friction fluctuations and temperature rise of the disc, was used for the performance assessment of fabricated friction composite materials. The weight of different PDAs were evaluated by FAHP; μ-performance (0.144, 0.255, 0.435), wear (0.144, 0.255, 0.435), fade- % (0.073, 0.15, 0.307), recovery- % (0.063, 0.126, 0.268), stability coefficient (0.037, 0.075, 0.156), variability coefficient (0.032, 0.063, 0.136), frictional fluctuations (0.023, 0.037, 0.069), and DTR (0.023, 0.037, 0.069) respectively. FTOPSIS was employed to determine the optimal ranking of the friction composite materials as NC-7>NC-8>NC-6>NC-5>NC-3>NC-4>NC-2>NC-1. The alternative with kevlar: lapinus, 2.5:27.5 wt- % and graphite: nanoclay: carbon nanotube, 2.25:2.75 wt- % exhibits the optimal properties.

Iran is one of the regions which are most prone for earthquakes annually having a large number of financial and mortality and financial losses. Every year around the world, a large number of people lose their home and life due to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. It is necessary to provide and specify some suitable places for settling the homeless people before occurrence of the earthquake, one of the most important factors in crisis planning and management. GIS has a vital role in crisis management. By using GIS, it would be possible to manage the spatial data and reach several goals by making use of the analyses existing in it. Among the applications of GIS in crisis manage-ment there is location of suitable and safe place for settling the injured people after the occurrence of the earthquake. With respect to the importance of specifying weight to the required criteria so as to find safe and suitable places for settling the injured people optimally, the present research is about to show the algorithms AHP, Fuzzy, TOPSIS and OWA as being suitable in terms of accuracy and speed. We discuss several natural and human criteria to choose the optimal place considering

Abstract: This study is an applied research and an analytic-descriptive one in terms of nature. By identifying SWOT matrix factors in Parsian Bank through using fuzzy logic, the present study seeks to determine proper strategy in one of the strategic calculated zones in the matrix of strategy determination and the most appropriate strategy for Parsian Bank. This study has applied Cronbach's Alpha method to determine reliability. Having identified strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and prioritized them by FAHP method, the results revealed that the optimal strategic zone in marketing would be an offensive strategy, in accordance of which several strategies have been suggested to the Bank.
