Deceptive reviews detection has attract-ed significant attention from both business and research communities. However, due to the difficulty of human labeling need-ed for supervised learning, the problem re-mains to be highly challenging. This pa-per proposed a novel angle to the prob-lem by modeling PU (positive unlabeled) learning. A semi-supervised model, called mixing population and individual proper-ty PU learning (MPIPUL), is proposed. Firstly, some reliable negative examples are identified from the unlabeled dataset. Secondly, some representative positive ex-amples and negative examples are gener-ated based on LDA (Latent Dirichlet Al-location). Thirdly, for the remaining un-labeled examples (we call them spy ex-amples), which can not be explicitly iden-tified as positive and negative, two simi-larity weights are assigned, by which the probability of a spy example belonging to the positive class and the negative class are displayed. Finally, spy examples and their similarity weights are incorporated into SVM (Support Vector Machine) to build an accurate classifier. Experiments on gold-standard dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of MPIPUL which outper-forms the state-of-the-art baselines. 1

We propose a transition-based model for joint word segmentation, POS tagging and text normalization. Different from pre-vious methods, the model can be trained on standard text corpora, overcoming the lack of annotated microblog corpora. To evaluate our model, we develop an anno-tated corpus based on microblogs. Exper-imental results show that our joint model can help improve the performance of word segmentation on microblogs, giving an er-ror reduction in segmentation accuracy of 12.02%, compared to the traditional ap-proach. 1

Abstract Under the impact of climatic warming, the glaciers in the High Asia in China have been retreating continuously with negative glacial mass balance in recent several decades. The retreat became more intensive in the past 10 years. The spatial pattern of the glacial retreat in the High Asia in China is that the smallest magnitude of retreat is in the inland of the Tibetan Plateau, the magnitude increases from the inland to the margin of the Tibetan Plateau, and the largest magnitude at the margin of the Tibetan Plateau. The glacial retreat in the High Asia in China has an important impact on the water resource of the arid regions in Northwest China. This study shows that the glacial retreat in the 1990s has caused an increase of 5.5 % in river runoff in Northwest China. In the Tarim River basin, the increase of river runoff is higher than 5.5%.

Abstract. In this paper, L steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns are established by the finite element analysis software ABAOUS and we simulate and analyze models in blast loads. The main purpose is to study the antiknock property of L steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column in the different thicknesses of steel bone. We change the thickness of steel bone to get the time-displacement curve of L steel reinforced concrete special-shaped columns in blast loads. On the basis of the study we draw the conclusion: the antiknock property of L steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column is better than L reinforced concrete column and with the increasing of the thickness of steel bone the antiknock property of L steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column has enhanced.

Abstract. Multifunctional BiFeO3 (BFO) thin films were deposited on Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12 (BNdT)/Pt and Pb(Zr1−x,Tix)O3 (PZT)/Pt substrates respectively by sol-gel process. The ferroelectric properties were studied for Metal-Ferroelectric-Mental (MFM) capacitors. The MFM structure exhibited well clockwise capacitance-voltage hysteresis loops due to the ferroelectric polarization of multilayer thin films achieved. The remnant polarization (2Pr) of the BFO/PZT and BFO/PZT multilayer capacitors were 45.1µC/cm2 and 23.2µC/cm2, respectively at the applied voltage of 8V. The leakage current of Pt/BFO/BNdT/Pt is about 3×10-5A/㎝2 at applied voltage of 4V, one order smaller than Pt/BFO/PZT/Pt capacitor. For the BFO/BNdT/Pt, it exhibited a weak saturated ferromagnetic response at room temperature and the multilayer was anti-ferromagnetic. However, for the BFO/PZT/Pt, well-developed M-H loops together with remnant magnetizations can be observed in at room temperature. The highest saturation magnetizations (Ms) of both capacitors were measured to be 2.47emu/cm3.

Abstract: The effects of BaF2 on thermal behavior and microstructure of melt-processed YBCO superconductors have been investigated. The differential thermal analysis (DTA) results indicated that the peritectic decomposition temperature of YBCO precursor powder was lowered when BaF2 was added (from 1020 to 976). The peritectic decomposition temperature was lowest at the content of 5 wt. % BaF2, and the variation of melting temperature was not significant above 5 wt.% BaF2. The microstructures of the doped samples have been observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the of BaF2 microstructure .

Key words: pillar, upward mining of left-over coal, rock strata between coal seams, movement Work out control measures for pillar upward mining of left-over coal, in view of coal floor movement, this paper analyzes theoretical foundation and mechanical properties of mechanical model on coal floor movement of rock strata between coal seams in pillar upward mining of left-over coal and presents a simplified corresponding mechanical condition. Taking into the relation between layer movement and time consideration, the PTh model is used to show its rheological properties. By using a two-dimension model, mechanical model of coal floor movement is set up and both ends of cantilever beam are fixed. Finally, subsiding partial differential equation is induced at different districts in pillar upward mining of left-over coal. After solving the equation, prediction model about law of coal floor movement at different districts is gotten in pillar upward mining of left-over coal, which provides a theory basis for further study on upward mining.
