As technology advances into nanometer territory, the paradigm shift of the routing problem is indispensable to cope with two major challenges: • The ever increasing design complexity of gigascale integration • The complicated physical effects inherent from the nanoscale technology To handle these challenges, I implemented a Signal- integrity-, MAnufacturing-, Reliability-, and Timing-driven multilevel routing system (mSMART) which the related publication are presented in some major EDA conferences. The rest of this abstract is organized as follows. Section 2 presents the multilevel routing framework. Section 3 presents a fast crosstalkand performance- driven multilevel routing system which presented in ICCAD 2003. Section 4 presents a antenna-effect-aware multilevel router considering jumper insertion which presented in ISPD 2004. Finally, Section 5 presents a multilevel Full-Chip Router for the X-Based Architecture

Abstract:- A subspace-based blind adaptive linear minimum mean square error (MMSE) detector has been proposed for multi-user detection in a direct sequence code-division multiple-access (CDMA) system even when multi-path channels are unknown. In this paper, the applicability of the subspace-based blind adaptive algorithm in multiple access ultra-wideband (UWB) systems is investigated. The problem of blind demodulation of multi-user information symbols in a high-rate UWB network in the presence of both multiple access interference (MAI) and inter-symbol interference (ISI) is also considered. Moreover, the Rake receiver is adopted to collect multi-path gains. The performance of the subspace-based blind techniques is shown under time-variant UWB multi-path channels. Key-Words:- Ultra-wideband, Blind adaptation, Multi-user detection, Subspace tracking. 1

Recently, language barrier becomes the major problem for people to search, retrieve, and understand WWW documents in different languages. This paper deals with query translation issue in cross-language information retrieval, proper names in particular. Models for name identi'fication, name translation and name searching are presented. The recall rates and the precision rates for the identification of Chinese organization names, person names and location names under MET data are (76.67%, 79.33%), (87.33%, 82.33%) and (77.00%, 82.00%), respectively. In name translation, only 0.79% and 1.11% of candidates for English person names and location names, respectively, have to be proposed. The name searching facility is implemented on an MT sever for information retrieval on the WWW. Under this system, user can issue queries and read documents with his familiar language.
