Abstract
2. That should the membership of any of the lay officers be under discussion then that officer would withdraw from the Committee, and that the correspondence of the Committee be conducted by its Secretary. 3. That the Secretary gives, within the School, written public notice of meetings of this Committee together with a list of vacant places, coupled with an invitation to members of the School to submit written recommendations for membership of Council and Court. rmk
