Abstract
In this paper a methodfor thr#=jwO[=0+#wr (3-D) semi-automatic segmentation of volumes of medical images is descrB ed. The method is semi-automatic in the sense that, in the initial phase, theuser assistance isrw[B4H0 for manual segmentation of acer[#j number of slices(crsw40B#0wO[4j of the volume.
