Abstract
The aim of this paper is to show a part of the findings obtained in a research about project based learning methodology, in relation with collaboration learning activities among pupils with ICT integration in basic education. The uses of technology represent a set of fundamental teaching opportunities for the design and the practice of telecollaboration projects because education must go beyond being a merely individual process to one in which the collective interaction plays a main role. The inclusion of the computer as a mediation element in the project based learning among students represents a modification in the dimensions and the variables that can be analyzed in the ecology that conform the classroom and the protagonists of the educational process. Aspects on which our research has focused have to do with the space configuration of the elements in the classroom, the teacher’s and pupils ’ roles, the organization of the learning activity and the physical and virtual interaction among the pupils, along with the classroom and the social environment.
