Abstract

Abstract—Various kinds of deposit disputes constantly happened in social life. Due to different cognition, the processing of similar disputes in local courts varies greatly. Analyzing deposit disputes and following the appropriate legal principles for classified processing can unify cognition and judgment, so as to better protect interests of both depositors and commercial banks.
