Respond to phone requests for information about the event. n Find a source of balloons and animals (bunnies, chicks, and crayfish), stethoscopes (to listen to the bunnies' hearts), stamp pads, posters, and wind-up toys for the reception room in April. n Call Physical Plant and order folding chairs, tables, and extra trash barrels and liners. We do this because the room we use for the reception is not ordinarily equipped for such large groups. n Check with Department Office to see that lab space is open on day of event, or which faculty can be asked to schedule their labs elsewhere if necessary. March n The application deadline is the first week in March.
