Once the stub and CDD are created, the work#ow calls the generation module to create the amendment wording and insert it into the designated place in the stub. Once this is done the business process proceeds as with non-amending Bills. When it comes time to commence amending legislation, two types of commencement entry are inserted in to the database, one that commences the text of the amendments, and the other that applies the amendments to the amended documents. The `Dependant Provisions' button allows easy navigation between both sets of commencements and ensures that they are not forgotten.
